Maureen Andersen, President & CEO

Maureen, as President and Chief Executive Officer, has clear goals:  growing membership around the world; delivering ongoing superior learning and professional development opportunities to members and the industry; developing & nurturing strategic relationships; increasing the INTIX brand recognition; and executing the Board of Director’s strategic plan. She is deeply committed to advancing the work and the professionalism of fan and patron engagement through ticketing, marketing, and customer service innovations and best practices. Maureen brings a wealth of experience to INTIX having worked with organizations as diverse and extensive as AudienceView, Shorenstein Hays Nederlander Theatres, Inc., Spectra Ticketing & Fan Engagement, and The Denver Center of Performing Arts. An active INTIX member since 1986, Maureen has served on the Board of Directors including three stints as Chair, the Executive Committee, and chaired many other committees including Education, Body of Knowledge, Sponsorship as well as five Denver and Colorado conference committees, and was the recipient of the 2006 Patricia G. Spira Lifetime Achievement Award. Maureen is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, seminars and workshops and has multiple published articles on industry issues.  She is the recipient of several high-profile awards from INTIX, FutureTix, AudienceView and NJC.


Tiffany Kelham, Membership Associate

As the Membership Associate at INTIX, Tiffany is a people-loving person who enjoys working in the customer service and administrative fields. She is executive administrative assistant, annual conference registrar as well as membership associate of INTIX, handling all membership needs and day-to-day tasks. Tiffany attended Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana and received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Miller College of Business. Prior to INTIX, she worked as a Professional Services Manager at Officescape, where she managed the Professional Administrative services and client relations departments.


Christine Payne, Public Relations

Christine is a multi-skilled communicator who has spent her career successfully telling stories for a wide variety of audiences. For the past 15+ years, she has specialized in public relations, media relations, content development and corporate communications, working with corporations, non-profit organizations and entertainment clients including INTIX, AudienceView, Grammy Award-winning opera star Mark S. Doss and local indie artists. Before transitioning to communications, Christine was a television anchor and radio/tv reporter covering local and major league sports for CBC TV and 680 News. She has also served as a board member and/or special advisor to organizations including the Canadian National Society of the Deaf-Blind, the Calgary Employment Partnership and the United Way (Calgary). While in school studying radio and television at Ryerson in Toronto, Christine worked as a customer service rep for Ticketmaster and as a box office professional for Maple Leaf Gardens.


Stacey Ogren, CMP, Account Manager

With more than 15 years of F&B management experience for both meetings and restaurants, Stacey Ogren is a service oriented Account Manager with a sharp eye for detail management. Stacey specializes in housing, registration, F&B, merchandise, and member relations.

Stacey is frequently the first line of contact for conference attendees and ensures that issues are resolved quickly and guests feel valued. Stacey has an A.A.S. in Event Management from Howard Community College and a B.S. in Sociology from Towson University.

She is a recipient of the Maryland Tourism Education Foundation scholarship, as well as an active volunteer for civic organizations such as the Baltimore Waterfront Partnership and Fort McHenry’s annual Defenders Day celebration.


Dorothea Heck, Business Development Manager

Dorothea Heck, CMP, CEM, DMCP, is recognized as an expert and seasoned marketer of trade shows, events and sponsorship programs with more than 25 years in the industry. Dorothea assists both associations and for profit companies achieve their organization’s goals, through the commitment to the value of face-to-face events. She has worked globally and nationally on accounts such as the Project Management Institute (with their almost 100 events annually), Red 7 Media’s Event Marketer and Folio Show, Healthcare Financial Management Association, ACM/SIGCSE (computer science), NJ State Bar Association, and the NJ Education Association — her largest event with more than 40,000 educators attending. Dorothea has a BFA from New York University with studies in theatre design/tech and arts administration. Dedicated to lifelong learning and continued professional development, she has also earned three industry certifications for meetings, exhibitions and destination management.
