Worldwide Ticketcraft will continue business out of its Boynton Beach, Fla. location as the two companies merge “to better serve their respective customers.”
According to a joint release, Ticketcraft will serve its customers with an expanded product line. Founder and CEO Erik Covitz will become VP of Market Development for WWL. In his new position, Covitz will be charged with bringing new products and services to customers for both companies.
“This move will consolidate the entrepreneurial drive of Worldwide Ticketcraft with the strength and capacity of Weldon, Williams & Lick,” the release said. “Combining the best practices of each company will offer the admissions industry a full suite of products and smart solution choices.”
Weldon, Williams & Lick has been an industry leader in ticket design and printing for more than 100 years. The company was founded in 1898 and offers a wide array of admission tickets, parking permits, event ticket printing services, hang tags, credentials, kiosks and other products.
In 2006, Worldwide Ticketcraft and Label acquired New York-based Ticketcraft Inc. and merged both companies to form Worldwide Ticketcraft.
