Houston, TX – ExtremeTix, Inc. a top-tier ticketing, SaaS solutions company announced on January 1, 2016 that Tony J. DiCamillo has been promoted to President.  DiCamillo has been with ExtremeTix for 14 years, most recently as the Sr. Vice President & General Manager.  Prior to joining ExtremeTix DiCamillo spent time with the Houston Rockets, SMG & LMI respectively.

As President, Tony is now overseeing ExtremeTix’s product development strategy.  “This year will bring many exciting new software features, some of which will be entirely new to the ticketing industry,” states Tony. “We have been working hard over the last 18 months on new products and services that have been very well received by our client base.”
Our new User Experience (UX) is second to none with a responsive design focused on mobile ecommerce.  Having the ability to easily select your reserved seat location on a mobile device is not common as many competitors offer only the “best available” seating option via mobile.

In addition to the innovative mobile ticket purchase experience, ExtremeTix clients will experience new technology on their mobile phones as well.  Slated to release this quarter (Q1 2016) ExtremeTix new mobile app EDGE will provide a brand new experience for the diverse customer base utilizing our services.  With this app, clients are able to view how their events are selling in real-time, set and track sales pre-determined goals, receive support, and at the touch of a button share sales reports via text or email with their team, and much more.  “Initial response to our EDGE app has been overwhelming,” Tony explained.

With this past year fully focused on our clients’ needs and developing new technology to meet those needs, ExtremeTix is poised for tremendous growth in 2016.  “Tony J. DiCamillo is the right choice to lead ExtremeTix forward in our vision of growth and providing new product development and service strategies,” stated Griffin D. Winn, Chairman of the Board of ExtremeTix.
