The INTIX Awards Program was created to honor and showcase those who have demonstrated professionalism, leadership, service and special achievements through creative, informative and innovative management. Awards are presented each January at our Annual Conference.

Patricia G. Spira Lifetime Achievement Award
This award is presented to members who have been actively engaged in the direct management of a ticket operation for a minimum of twenty years, have made a major contribution to the ticketing industry by helping to set standards of excellence in all aspects of ticket management, and have been actively involved in the continuing development and organization of INTIX.

Outstanding Box Office
This award is presented to member box office operations which have been active as a ticket operation for a minimum of five years, and possess an outstanding reputation for customer service with the public and within the ticketing industry. The staff of the box office must function skillfully and professionally as a team, and the box office must maintain a standard of excellence in regard to accuracy and precision in both the public and internal accounting functions of the ticket operation.
