The criteria for this award states “the nominee must be a current and active INTIX member, have a minimum of five years experience in the ticketing industry, and demonstrate excellence with regard to leadership, customer service, goal setting, achievement, accuracy, precision and professionalism in all aspects of ticket management.”
The awards committee will evaluate candidates based on your answers to the questions outlined below, which are key. An important criterion across all awards is innovation, especially where it has raised the quality of delivery and the standards and competences in our industry. Consider providing evidence of innovative leadership, practical implementation and pioneering initiatives when preparing your response. You may also include supporting documentation such as press clippings, photos, news releases, etc., and/or two single-page letters of support with your response.
