Please be advised that some exhibitors and attendees have been contacted by an unauthorized third party housing poacher.  This is a scam and not associated with INTIX in any way. INTIX has not authorized any third party organizations to make attendee reservations or to contact you. If anyone calls or emails you to say that they have been hired by INTIX to book your hotel reservation, do not provide them with any personal information. HOTEL INFORMATION
The Hilton Baltimore is the official hotel of the 39th Annual INTIX Annual Conference & Exhibition. This  is where all conference events, educational sessions, the Exhibit Hall and meal functions will be held. Complimentary wi-fi is available in INTIX guest rooms and select public spaces. 

 

Room Rates & Reservations
Reservation cutoff date: Friday, December 22, 2017. Please note: rooms are only available until the INTIX block is full and we expect the hotel to sell out very quickly. Attendees are urged to book early!

INTIX Conference rate:

plus tax, per night (1 to 2 guests).

To be eligible for these discounted rates, you must identify yourself as an attendee of the INTIX conference and make your reservation by Friday, December 22, 2017. INTIX attendees are strongly encouraged to make hotel reservations early to guarantee a room at the conference hotel.

DRESS
The dress code at the INTIX Annual Conference & Exhibition is casual. Casual or business-casual attire is appropriate for all conference and social events. Meeting rooms may be chilly, so bring clothing that can be layered as well as comfortable shoes.
