|Outstanding Ticket Office Nominee Materials|
The nominated ticket office must be a current member of INTIX, active as an ticketing operation for a minimum of five years, and must have an outstanding reputation for customer service with the public and within the entertainment ticketing industry. The staff of the ticket office must function skillfully and professionally as a team, and the ticket office must maintain a standard of excellence in regard to accuracy and precision in both the public and internal accounting functions of the operation.
The awards committee will evaluate candidates based on your answers to the questions outlined below, which are key. An important criterion across all awards is innovation, especially where it has raised the quality of delivery and the standards and competences in our industry. Consider providing evidence of innovative leadership, practical implementation and pioneering initiatives when preparing your response. You may also include supporting documentation such as press clippings, photos, news releases, etc., and/or two single-page letters of support with your response.
