Gary Lustig
Interim CEO


As Interim Chief Executive Officer, Gary has the task of ensuring the smooth and continued operation of the Association while the process of recruiting a new President and CEO is completed.  Gary was formerly Vice President/Ticket Philadelphia for the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts in Philadelphia and Managing Director of Ticket Philadelphia for twelve.  He has over thirty years of experience in the non-profit ticketing business.  He is also currently the Past Chair of the INTIX Board of Directors and was the 2014 Patricia G. Spira Lifetime Achievement Award winner. 

Tiffany Kelham, Membership Associate

As the Professional Services Manager at Officescape, Tiffany is a people-loving person who enjoys working in the customer service and administrative fields. She is executive administrative assistant, annual conference registrar and membership associate of INTIX, handling all membership needs and day-to-day tasks. Tiffany attended Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana and received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Miller College of Business. Prior to Officescape, she worked in Internet sales at a local Indianapolis Chevrolet dealership. Born in a small Indiana town, she was active in the arts including her show choir and her local theater.

Dorothea Heck, Sales & Service Manager

Dorothea Heck, CMP, CEM, DMCP, is recognized as an expert and seasoned marketer of trade shows, events and sponsorship programs with more than 25 years in the industry. Dorothea assists both associations and for profit companies achieve their organization’s goals, through the commitment to the value of face-to-face events. She has worked globally and nationally on accounts such as the Project Management Institute (with their almost 100 events annually), Red 7 Media’s Event Marketer and Folio Show, Healthcare Financial Management Association, ACM/SIGCSE (computer science), NJ State Bar Association, and the NJ Education Association — her largest event with more than 40,000 educators attending. Dorothea has a BFA from New York University with studies in theatre design/tech and arts administration. Dedicated to lifelong learning and continued professional development, she has also earned three industry certifications for meetings, exhibitions and destination management.

Janeé Pelletier, Meeting Manager

Janeé Pelletier, MBA, CMP, is an accomplished meeting strategist for association and non-profit clients. Janeé has extensive experience in meeting logistics, event branding and marketing, communications, change management, transition leadership, business development, and working with high-profile VIPs and elected officials. Janeé has successfully managed hundreds of conferences as large as 5,000 people across the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia. Janeé is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and Professional Conference Management Association (PCMA). Janeé serves on numerous industry boards and advisory councils, including PCMA’s marketing task force, digital strategy task force, chair of the PCMA Capital Chapter Communications Committee, and the Providence, RI Customer Advisory Board. Janeé has presented at several industry conferences and has been featured as an author and/or expert in dozens of industry publications, including ASAE’s Associations Now, PCMA’s Convene, and Meetings & Conventions Magazine. Janeé has an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and a BA from Messiah College.

Mary Leaton                        
Mary Soper, Accounting Associate

Mary has over 20 years of accounting experience, 14 years of which were direct accounting and bookkeeping experience with a non-profit in the Washington, D.C. area. She is a Quickbooks expert and is comfortable with cost accounting, producing financial statements and more. Mary is passionate about providing nonprofits accounting support so that they can focus on their programs and fundraising. Mary holds an accounting degree from the University of Maryland. She is a CPA in the State of Idaho.
