Programming for the 2012 annual conference was based on learning tracks and educational sessions identified and developed by entertainment ticketing professionals. A survey of members revealed key learning tracks including Revenue Generation, Organizational Changes & Staffing, Technology, Resource Optimization and Industry Trends. INTIX then launched the Call for Papers, inviting industry professionals to submit proposals for sessions based on those tracks. The results are outlined below and presentations are accessible from speakers who have made their materials available.
