2011 Conf Presentations

32nd Annual Conference & Exhibition
January 18-20, 2011

San Francisco, California

Programming for the 2011 annual conference was based on learning tracks and educational sessions identified and developed by entertainment ticketing professionals. Early in the programming process a survey revealed key learning tracks including Customer Retention & Development, Revenue Management, Customer Service, Social Media, Technology and Industry Trends and Challenges. INTIX then launched its first Call for Papers, inviting industry professionals to submit proposals for sessions based on those tracks. The results are outlined below and handouts are accessible from speakers who have made their materials available.
