Queue-it to expand bad bot defense and global reach with Innobooster funding

2017 January 17: Queue-it, the market-leading virtual waiting room provider, has received 350,000 euro in funding from the Danish government to advance its product offering as a part of the Innobooster initiative.
The funding will be applied to further develop Queue-it’s robust bad bot and malicious user defense features that exist with its virtual waiting room solution. The continued development in efforts to help customers defend against non-human online traffic during high demand internet events also coincides with recent Better Online Ticket Sales Act (BOTS Act) in the US. Similar legislation has been in place in Denmark since 1919, ensuring fair purchasing opportunities for consumers.
The funding will also be used for efforts to expand Queue-it’s services to digitally developing markets, where services are limited today by technical and local constraints.
The Innovation Fund Denmark has launched the Innobooster initative to inspire Danish technology companies to create a new service or improvement of a process to increase your company’s competitiveness.
