Arizona startup ReplyBuy aims to make ticket purchasing more convenient by enabling users to buy tickets simply by responding to a text with the word “buy.” ReplyBuy works with more than 30 college and pro-sports teams, as well as professional sports venues, including the Washington Capitals, Levi's Stadium, and the University of Florida. The company sells tickets on a first-come, first-serve basis, offering the best seats to the first users who respond. ReplyBuy is now expanding its reach into the entertainment and music industry through a new ticket-selling partnership with Palace Sports & Entertainment venues. Through ReplyBuy, fans sign up to receive ticket notifications for their favorite teams and venues. Users who sign up receive a text when last-minute tickets remain available, making ReplyBuy an efficient way to fill empty seats before an event that fans may have otherwise assumed was sold out.
