Tickets for the "Disney on Ice Presents Frozen" ice show hosted by venues where National Hockey League (NHL) and National Basketball Association (NBA) teams also play are outselling the sports events. Twenty-one NBA and NHL teams across 17 cities play in arenas that also host "Frozen," and SeatGeek reports the average ticket price for the ice show on the secondary market is more expensive in 13 of those 21 venues. However, the least expensive ticket available was higher for "Frozen" for 19 of the 21 teams. Secondary market ticket prices for "Frozen" in New Jersey averaged $92 each, which is 34 percent more than the average New Jersey Devils ticket. Two teams, the Boston Bruins and the Cleveland Cavaliers, are the only teams that have substantially higher ticket demand than "Frozen" this season. The Disney show is averaging $102 a ticket in Cleveland, the most on its tour, but this is far below the $211 average ticket cost for a Cavaliers game.
