After a multi-provider tender process, Live Promotions chose ticketscript as the platform to sell more than 1.5 million tickets to its United Kingdom events over the next three years. Ticketscript, a growing digital ticketing company, sold its 10 millionth ticket last year through the addition of mobile optimization and Facebook integration. The platform will give Live Promotions' customers better service and a wider range of options for purchasing tickets to events such as Truckfest, Land Rover International Owners Show, and Race Retroand. The digital platform gives Live Promotions access to data that will provide insights into its consumers spending habits. "It is also refreshing to work with a ticketing company that gives us full control over our data, ensuring we can continually improve the way we run and organize our events,” says Live Promotions director Tom Siddall. Ticketscript CEO Frans Jonker says digital and social technology is changing the way consumers purchase tickets.
